Lovely location, warm welcome

Couldn't fault this stay. Young man who greeted us was very competent, helpful and friendly. The room was lovely, and happily no TV as the view was spectacular. We ordered our breakfasts before going to bed, ample choice, pancakes, cooked breakfast etc. If I had any issue it was that there was no muesli/ fresh fruit/yoghurt available at breakfast, but the pancakes and other options were great.

Family break

The first and most important thing about the ramblers rest B&B is that we will definitely go back . Situated with a beautiful view of the ocean and sunsets. 5 mins from the cliff’s of mother. We stayed for 4 nights . Warm friendly people , fabulous breakfast , great coffee clean comfortable rooms we slept great . Lovely Recreation space for chat or tv . Loved the chat every morning with Caroline, made us feel very welcome and couldn’t do enough. What more could we ask for :) :)

Perfect in every way

What a wonderful time we had staying at the Ramblers Rest. I choose it because I saw that Anne's full name was the same as mine, and as I was on my first trip to Ireland with Irish heritage it seemed apropriate. Even though I was not related we were welcomed like family ( I am sure they welcome everyone with the same warmth). Our room was warm, clean and comfortable with wonderful views to the sea. Anne's breakfasts were generous and delicious and her homemade bread was fabulous. Bernadette, Anne's daughter was a perfect host, making us feel welcome and answering all our questions about walks and sightseeing in the area. We loved our stay with you and apologise for not writing this review sooner.
