The Bank Pub

The food is good and the portions are pretty big for the price you pay. I appreciate the variety and diversity of the menu, there are definitely options . There is for sure something for everyone here. The drinks are perfectly fine...you don’t have much room for disappointment here either. Nothing strikes me as out of the ordinary but I would rather be safe than sorry and I will recommend this place for that very reason! It’s a great place for a decent lunch in Dublin.

The decor is superb and eating in such place is very interesting, the only issue is that it is very very noisy!

Service is great, They didn’t have a lower table but sat us right away for a drink first and moved us as soon as they could to a lower table. Very decent and affordable price and lovely little touch: the chocolate coins ;)

OMG. I missed the bank for the last 4 months , and had been dreaming about having an expresso martini. We celebrated a birthday there this evening. It was worth the wait. The food was amazing, the service impeccable. The new covid guidelines were very well adhered to , and yet the ambience was just the same The piano man , as good as ever. A huge thanks to Des , Michelle and Veronica who really looked after us so well, and made Mosses birthday soo special. Thanks to all the wonderful staff . Ring and make a reservation!

as we stepped in we were greeted warmly. it was a lovely building . we had a table upstairs overlooking the downstairs. the service was good and the food came quickly.I had hake for the first time and it was delicious, cooked beautifully and my husband had the steak which was one of the best he has had so fully recommend the food.

First time I’ve ordered sword fish and it was amazing (thanks chef!) and we also ordered a very good angus burger. As entrée, tomato soup with basil and it has just confirmed it was worthy coming here for dinner!

Impressive building. It used to be a bank and it has kept the atmosphere of a bank but...
There few other nice pubs on the north side were you can enjoy pint and don’t break the bank. Way too exopsive .

Beautiful opulent decor of yesteryear. A lovely space to create an area for entertainment. Classy service, hospitable staff with a friendly welcome. If you enjoy a nice bar, do not visit Dublin without imbibing here. Fab u lous!

Great place to visit after a long day of exploring the city. We went there for dessert and drinks and we absolutely loved the staff who were very friendly. Also enjoyed the live music - they have a pianist playing every evening which is different from the typical Irish pub music. Loved the chocolate brownie, but the ice cream was among the best we have ever tasted! We recommend both the caramel and the vanilla whiskey one. Overall a nice ambiance, but the prices are relatively high and it is definitely not the classic irish experience you might look for when visiting pubs in Dublin.
