Close to town, good value
Very Nice B&B. Clean rooms, Friendly hosts. Near Mallow town and price was very good. Just stayed one night when travelling from Cork to Limerick. Would return again. Pubs and restaurants reasonably close by. Parking right outside house too. We skipped breakfast but it smelt good.

Excellent as usual
We stayed here for two nights in early June. This was our second stay here and still can't fault the place. Ann and Maurice are excellent hosts, very warm and welcoming. They had no problems with our dogs, who thoroughly enjoyed running round their green areas and down the the River Blackwater for a swim, which is just behind the house. Excellent breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for them, Maurice filled our flasks and milk both mornings. We will definitely be back in the future, if they don't retire x

Lovely B&B!
Everything was excellent! Breakfast was delicious. Ann and Maurice are excellent hosts. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Lovely view of the river while we ate breakfast. I would definitely recommend this B&B to anyone. It is in walking distance to the downtown/pub area.

Irish Hospitality At It's Best!
One of the cleanest B&B I have ever seen. Mrs. Ann and her husband made us feel at home here and her breakfast in the morning was so lovely I will definitely go back next year. Thank you for being such gracious hosts!

The organization in this B&B is definitely awesome! I loved sleeping here! Way to go!
Everything was really good. We went there to visit Mallow and our stay in this B&B was great! The hospitality definitely above standards and the services awesome. I'd advice this B&B to you even for the breakfast: I had some amazing pancakes and my parents had scramble eggs with salmon. WOW
