Excellent

First time out in bar / restaurant in a few months (for obvious reasons!) and I have to say, our decision to go to the Plaza was the right one. Even with the the guidelines, the staff were fantastic and a special mention to bar manager James who was friendly and courteous from the time we arrived to the time we left. Already looking to come back at the earliest possible opportunity!

Great food and great service

After months of everywhere being closed, we decided to book a table in the Plaza Bar. The Plaza took all the new restrictions in their stride. From the moment we were seated, we had brilliant service from the bar manager James. Our food and cocktails were fabulous. Can't wait to go back already.

Food and Drinks

I went with friends of my friends to the Plaza Bar. The food was excellent. I had the fillet steak and it was one of the nicest i have ever had. The Guinness was excellent. The atmosphere in the restaurant was inviting and cordial. The service was excellent and the staff could not do enough for their clients. My two friends and I had a brilliant time and we intend to go back again the next time we plan to socialise.

Amazing Dinner at the Plaza Bar

We had a beautiful lunch at the Plaza bar after a swim and sauna in the leisure centre. We were well looked after by the manager James. He and the other staff were friendly, efficient and professional. Excellent portion size very fairly priced. Thoroughly enjoyable meal. I recommend the ribs!

Beautiful dinner at the Plaza bar

Had dinner at the plaza bar and could not recommend it more. Service was exceptional we were greeted and served by bar manager James who was both friendly and professional. Food was amazing and reasonably priced. All the staff was so helpful and happy to help. Great bar and atmosphere. Thanks James for ensuring we had a lovely evening and meal, will definitely be back!

Afternoon Tea

Our women's group attended here for Afternoon Tea. There were eight of us and we had lovely sandwiches, scones, desserts and prosecco presented on gorgeous china tiered serving plates. The atmosphere was lovely and relaxing in the terrace area and the staff were professional and accommodating. Hakim took care of us along with two other staff (sorry I forgot their names). We had a lovely afternoon and will be back!

Fabulous & plenty of GF options

We had some lunch in here on Thursday before we went to the Spa. There were a great variety of dishes on the menu. I'm a coeliac and there were lots of GF dishes or adaptable dishes too. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The food was stunning especially the chowder and we had a gorgeous glass of sparkling wine which Dimetri assisted us with- a pure gent! Would highly recommend

Lovely relaxed evening with good food

Six of us dined here mid week mid March and the bar restaurant was busy - a good sign. We shared starters of Fisherman's Pot, cheese tartlet and chicken. Mains included hake, salmon, burger and steak sandwiches - all served with loads of vegetables & chips. Then shared some apple pie and creme brulee. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food washed down with lovely wine and Guinness! Great meal, great service, lovely restaurant and really reasonably priced.
