Moher Cottage

We enjoyed a stop off here. The coffee is excellent and there is ample seating outside This enables visitors to take in the stunning views. The gift shop is interesting and a great place to find that elusive present. The fudge is to die for and the service is friendly and welcoming. This is a lovely family business.

We popped into Moher Cottage recently for a light snack. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the fudge. I managed to pick up a few small gifts for friends and enjoyed a great cup of coffee with a view of Liscannor Bay.

This is a fabulous place to stop for coffee when visiting the Cliffs of Moher. The view is stunning and there’s plenty of outdoor seating. We were given such a warm welcome by Catriona. Kids loved their special hot chocolates, and the fudge is amazing!

Wonderful spot for a coffee. Tasty food offerings and handmade fudge. Friendly and welcoming staff. Cleaning carried out continually, made for a reassuring pit stop. Gift shop with an eclectic selection of gifts. Something for everyone. Nice cup of coffee too.

The shop and location are really fantastic. It’s clear they have put a lot of thought and effort into the coffee shop. Plenty on offer in terms of sweet treats. The fudge is particular was excellent.

My only issue was the coffee....maybe we caught them on a bad day, but it certainly wasn’t the best we’ve had in Ireland. Or even in Clare really. The other reviews clearly differ.... Just an overly hot drink/bad extraction on the coffee beans. Will try it again certainly, as we may have caught them on an off day.

On the plus side - fudge couldn’t be better!

I’ve just received my online order today. They all look beautiful and smell amazing. I was happy to support an Irish business in the current climate and they were very grateful for my business. Not only did I receive a printed thank you but a hand written one also. Making it that little bit more personal. Great customer service ????

I know it’s probably Covid related but having a coffee shop without a toilet is a bit if a pain. They must know this otherwise they’d stick a sign up saying that they don’t have customer toilets next to all the signs about great they are.
