Amazing meal! Best burger I’ve ever had!
We found this little gem when staying locally for the weekend.
Lovely little bar, there were 10 of us with two kids, the meals where all amazing! I had steak burger and I swear I’ve never eaten anything better! Highly recommend trying here!

Old Town Pub
We had some stuffed mushrooms, potato skins, hot chocolate and chocolate ice cream. Great atmosphere and it has been there since 1900.
I believe our waiter was the owner and he was awesome.
It was very enjoyable sitting and listening to the old geasers at the bar haggle with each other over different topics. It think the majority of them were farmers in that it was all about the weather and their cows.

Mixed review
My meal was lovely. I got the lamb, my son who is 21 got the chicken. He enjoyed that my daughter got the pasta bake and it was alright. My son get the salmon he did not enjoy that the chips were nice good service and the old locals at the bar gave a very good atmosphere not loud just adds a good vibe to the place the lady serving us was very nice. A tad on the expensive side tho

GREAT FOOD! FRIENDLY STAFF! EXCELLENT...
HANNAH and PAMELA were very helpful and efficient. Our food was excellent - stir fry, fish’n’chips, potato skins and chicken wings. Plentiful and filling. Pints were lovely! Thanks to all the staff for making our meal so enjoyable.

Lunch with friends
A large number of us went here for a late Sunday lunch. It was my first time to eat here and I was really pleased with it. The menu was varied, and as a vegetarian I was well catered for. The staff are lovely and nothing was too much trouble for them. I’ll be returning again soon.
