Linsfort Guest House B&B

Visit Linsfort and there is no room for disappointment. 5* service from the moment we arrived. The rooms with en suite are spotless and extremely comfortable, with complimentary tea coffee and toiletries. Beautiful soft fluffy towels too. Breakfast was to order ,bacon sausage egg beans tomatoes black and white pudding ,was all locally sourced . Tea coffee , cereal juice was all available. Our host had a wealth of local knowledge and leaflets for attractions,restuarants and taxis etc are available to peruse. This B & B is located in the middle of town so all shops pubs and resturants are within walking distance. We will be visiting again and staying here without a doubt.

Frank was a great host when we arrived we got a tour of the whole b&b and around the back everything was so nice and well finished. Our room was beautiful and bed was so comfy. We got a delicious breakfast the next morning with porridge , tea, full Irish breakfast and toast. Thanks for the fantastic hospitality Frank! 10/10 ????

I have recently stayed at Linsfort Guest House for 8 nights during the Boyle Arts Festival in July. Even during the booking procedure Frank, the host, was very welcoming and accommodating. I had a wonderful time there and nothing was too much trouble. Frank made sure that all his guests felt comfortable in the breakfast room with a great breakfast laid on each morning. The breakfast room had a lovely homely and friendly feel to it. My bedroom was very cosy and the walk-in shower was a real plus. I will certainly be returning to Linsfort on my next visit to Boyle. It was lovely to meet Heather and the family too before my departure. Thank you Frank for making my stay so memorable and welcoming. See you next time...

Beautifull old house tastefully restored and modernised without disturbing the character.Frank the consummate host showed us to a beautifull room with all facilities and we had a wonderfull sleep in a comfortable bed in a stunning room followed by a hot powerful shower and an individually cooked breakfast with for me 2 great cups of real coffee. We also had the the pleasure of meeting Heather, Frank's Wife who was equally charming and hospitable. A very pleasant experience.

From the moment Frank greeted us we knew we had found somewhere special. He showed us to the fabulous room 6. Spacious, tasteful, and clean. A big bathroom with excellent shower both pressure and heat. The bathroom had all the toileteries needed. In the room where plenty of tea, coffee , biscuits etc. Frank provided a wonderful breakfast, cereal , toast, juice, tea, coffees, and a cooked breakfast to your request. The full Irish was delicious. Frank was intentive, and nothing was to much. A great person to talk to. A real home from home. The people of Boyle were delightful too. Friendly, kind, helpful and had time to talk. Fantastic value for money
