Set in the heart of the rolling County Down countryside, the private Walled Estate of Larchfield offers a rural haven within easy reach of Belfast. The self-catering cottages are renovated from old on-site carriage rooms. We have endeavoured to use the buildings classical structure, but we’ve lovingly renovated the cottages, maintaining the character and reviving their architecture. We can sleep up to 24 onsite and offer a range of exciting activities and experiences for those looking for something a little different. A friends reunion? Hen party? We can help with that! Each cottage, along with our 5-star Rose Cottage, include a luxury breakfast hamper consisting of locally sourced produce. Perfect for group stays! Our quirky 1952 Saurer Swiss Army truck has been lovingly adapted to offer the height of luxury. Excellent Place to stay
We attended a family wedding and stayed over in one of the apartments that night I can honestly say that the venue is beautiful and all of the staff were brilliant..They were all very friendly and helpful and Nothing was too much trouble for them.I would highly recommend Larchfield Estate to anyone planning a wedding or function..

Perfect wedding venue
Venue and staff were amazing, very helpful and made stay very enjoyable. Wedding day went so smoothly and was definitely down to the larchfield staff. Would stay again and would recommend to everyone whether for a night away or their wedding.

Country getaway perfect for groups or large families
I stayed at No23 at Larchfield Estate with a group of friends and it was such a great venue for a getaway. The hot tub was a particular highlight, watching the stars and unwinding. A large dining area made the evening very sociable along with a well equipped kitchen area that was connected to the communal areas so also very good for groups. All the bedrooms are well furnished and modern bathrooms with ethical loo roll is a nice touch!

Perfect stay for a hen do
We stayed at Larchfield’s No.23 cottage for my sister’s hen do and had the most fabulous time. The house was perfect for our weekend and was more than well equipped. The breakfast hampers were fantastic - we definitely weren’t expecting the fridge to be filled with bottles of apple juice, smoked salmon, Clandeboye yoghurts, eggs, wheaten, jams and granola! What a treat! The hot tub is the perfect addition to the house and the large garden allowed us to have a yoga class outside. Communication with the accommodation team was prompt and regular. We can’t thank you all enough!
