Innwood House

Really nice BnB in Kilrush. Very warm welcome - place was spotlessly clean. Stunning gardens and lovely generous breakfast. Cosy sitting room area for guests with a welcome bottle of wine - nice touch!

I arrived at Innwood (from America) after having taught a painting workshop in the north of Ireland. I'd headed down to Kilrush to teach a 2 day course and stayed at the Innwood B & B. Helen and Terry were the perfect hosts! The first thing you notice is the stunningly gorgeous home, and the landscaping is first class. Every detail is impeccable. The home is warm, inviting and spotless. Helen's decorating is absolute perfection, as if it was taken right out of a page from Victoria Magazine. The room was rich, over looking the breathtaking back yard, with a view that went on forever in velvet greens, a soaring sky and the perfectly landscaped backyard. The room was equipped with everything you need and the bathroom/shower was decadent! Everything about the home and room was all about peace and welcoming. Helen and Terry have made this house into an inviting home by their kind and generous nature! Homes have a certain feeling based on their owners, and what you notice right away is that the real heart of the quality of this home comes from the owners. That makes all the difference! I stayed a few nights and enjoyed the delicious breakfast! I will definitely be back. …

Wonderful B&B. Warmly greeted and shown to our lovely room overlooking a fantastic garden. Our bed and pillows were so comfortable, I wished we could have stayed longer. Everything is done with a touch of class. Breakfast was also very good.Terry and Helen are the perfect hosts.

Helen the owner is wonderful and could not of given us a more warmer welcome than she did. Every morning we had a lovely breakfast and the views were breath taking. The house was very warm and inviting and very beautiful. I am glad this was our first stop. The bar was set for other locations we would stay in for our trip. We loved it and Helen is a beautiful and wonderful person. I would recommend this place for anyone going to the west side of Ireland.
