Golden Girls give it a big thumbs up...

Weather in Derry yesterday was absolutely awful but that didn't appear to put those queuing for Guapo off. I persevered & was so glad I did even though the food was for someone else (I'll def treat myself next week). The staff couldn't have been more helpful from the female server who cheerily advised me "You can have whatever you want!" to the lad who prepared it accommodating my request for the sour cream separate. Portions excellent, fresh ingredients, great value and once I got in to the shop the speed of preparation excellent. This was a first for The Golden Girls (both in their 80's) and my attempt at changing up their Friday takeaway. They LOVED it & called me this morn to tell me, absolutely raved about it. Bag of tortilla chips and sour cream just topped it off perfectly for them. Once I handed it over they happily tucked in & that was the end of any conversation, far too busy eating. We'll/they'll be back, thank you

Good burritos and great value

The burritos I get here are always a good size and they are fairly inexpensive. Can be a bit busy sometimes.

Food is brilliant!

Saw a huge queue outside for this place and so just had to check it out. The food is amazing! I had BBQ steak pieces and nachos - perfect. Definitely one to visit.

Very hard to please, but very pleased =)

When it comes to food I'll admit I'm a bit of a snob, especially when it comes to cuisines I'm in to. I'd say I've tried most of the popular burrito places in Ireland; I've eaten at Guapo's twice now and I'm very impressed, I would say it's probably the best I've had in Ireland. I would have to say I like to get pico de gallo for the flavour and texture and a hotter salsa for the heat, this costs extra in Guapo's, it never has elsewhere. Not a big deal, but the servers did indicate that this would be extra at any point, I only found out when looking back at the receipt.

So tasty!

Had my first guapo on a trip to derry and it did not disappoint! I am a boojum addict but with their flavour quality and prices Guapo is the way forward! Would definitely recommend if you are taking a trip to derry. I would travel just to get one!
