Boots Cork Half Moon Street

As other reviewers have mentioned this is the biggest branch of Boots in Cork and does stock a fantastic range of cosmetics, perfumes etc.

However, it’s pharmacy function is an absolute disgrace. Staff are rude, surly and act as glorified nursing staff.

The pharmacy has deteriorated significantly in recent months and although I probably shop in the cosmetics department again, I will NEVER frequent the pharmacy again.

I had previously recommended this to friends and family but will most certainly do the opposite going forward.

Management urgently need to assess staff training needs analysis and incorporate measures to improve service levels.

Well laid out of store with plenty of space, an excellent variety of stick and services and extremely helpful staff....my favourite boots by far :)

Love visiting here to stock up on essentials as they have everything. Great baby section upstairs. Some great offers.
