Brunch

Found this gem when we pulled into Manorhamilton to stretch our legs. Nice homely atmosphere. Ended up having the breakfast bagel, was delicious! Would definitely come again if passing through.

Not to be missed when visiting Manorhamilton

A Fabulous cafe with friendly service and simply delicious food. Breakfast options and scones are just spot on, but the Coffee and the variety of choices from the Specials board are the real winners. Accompany your quiche of the day with Lilly’s tasty organic salad choices. To sum it up,this is a little hidden gem and you’ll not be disappointed.

Its my local

Once a week I go to the library up the street, I plan my visit around a meal so I can go here. I have had almost everything on the menu and sometimes off menu. Salads are fantastic all homemade. They make great scones and bread. The brownies are addictive I think gluten free -luscious. Great selection of teas and nice strong coffee. I think they are sisters that own it, very friendly, courteous and happy staff. Cannot imagine why anyone would give it less than top marks, maybe the decor, which is eclectic is that the right word for like an old aunties kitchen right down to sofa and oilcloth on table nothing matches. I like it makes me happy comforting, real in every way.

Slightly quirky cafe with very fresh made food

Perfect for a light lunch or tea. Did like the assortment of different tea cups and tea pots, although I am sure I saw two cups of the same design, I had soup and an egg mayonnaise sandwich, the soup came with two large slices of brown bread and it was impossible to finish the egg mayonnaise sandwich.

Wonderful coffee and scones

Great cafe! Always interesting flavours of scones and other salads. Most importantly the coffee is wonderful - strong enough to almost make the spoon stand up straight but smooth at the same time!

Cozy Environs for a Delicious Lunch

Our group of four with guides stopped here for lunch at this small, but efficiently run café. The ladies chose a delicious broccoli quiche and the men enjoyed very full bowls of lentil soup accompanied by thick slices of brown soda bread, the recipe being a chef's secret. An excellent meal for great value. Décor is eclectic with sofas, coffee tables and plants which encourage one to linger and sip a cup of tea.
