360 Quay Stay

Had a perfect stay in your hotel back during summer . With a great host who was always helpful. Our location was ideal as we we're central to everything and our accomodat was exceptionally good.. Will certainly stay with you again soon Regards Francis and Maire Fleming and Clare Walsh from Laois

To be honest I didn’t know what to expect!! ???? Upon arrival I was delighted to see a spacious very private off the main road car park which was locked at night. ???? The location is perfect, right on the edge of the town, 5-10mins walk to anywhere, close to the harbour, the park, shops, cafes and the sea. We arrived inside to find what looked like a 5 ⭐️ hotel, it was spotlessly clean, modern and very expensive looking. We had our 2 dogs with us and the welcome for them was just lovely. ???? We were greeted by the wonderful Alex who was warm and bubbly and took us to our room. ???? Our room was gorgeous, each room is appointed differently. Our was decorated in warm colours, with simple beautiful furniture. There are lovely touches : Gorg Coffee bags, teas all in a compact refreshment console. Beautiful sumptuous bed linen and comfortable bed with loads of pillows. ???? Our dogs had been given a bed, water bowls, dog food, treats and poo bags. All so thoughtfully put together. ❤️ There is certainly an eco feel to this property with sensor lights, automatic shower, eco toiletries etc. We have also been lucky to be one of the first to try out you room key on your phone, amazingly simple (no need to remember to bring your keycard!). You can ask in advance for many additional items like hair dryer, mini-fridge, hot water bottles etc. Also at the back of the property you can hire bicycles etc. ????We had our dinner in 360Cookhouse which belongs to this group, food was amazing and staff equally amazing. ???? We returned in the evening to 360 Quay Stay where we were encouraged to sit in the beautifully appointed Salon, very welcoming and expensively furnished. We brought our own drink and had such a lovely time meeting other guests and felt right at home. Glasses and ice are provided free, it’s a really lovely touch. ???? What makes this stay a real gem are the staff, owner Mike is gentle, calm and sincerely welcoming. Gosha (forgive me if I haven’t gotten your name correct) was able to recommend places to eat and places to go in a fun friendly way. Fondly I speak of Alex who now feels like a friend, she is lively, bubbly, fun, helpful and wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble to any of them. We were all treated like very specially guests and feel sad to leave but leave with lovely memories and plan to return soon. When can we come back. We decided to stay for 2 nights in Dungarvan having stopped off for a couple of hours 2 months back. Travelling with a dog can be limiting at times in Ireland so we decided to try out Quay Stay as it was advertised as pet friendly. It didn’t disappoint. Right from out first engagement with the staff, it was safe to say we were going to enjoy our stay. We encountered 4 members of staff during our stay and it was obvious that they all love their 4 legged friends, and others! Alex in particular could not have been more helpful and arranged for us to be booked in for dinner (along with our dog) at their sister restaurant, this has been a concern prior to our trip as we have had trouble finding places to eat in Ireland with our dog previously, especially in Winter time. We didn’t have to worry with Quay Stay. While the hotel doesn’t have a bar on site, they do have a very comfortable chill out area where guests are free to unwind after a day sightseeing or shopping. Private off street parking was also available, which helps when you have to travel with your dog and it’s accessories. We can’t compliment the hotel enough and will definitely be back. …

For a one night stay we could not have asked for more. Clean, comfortable and compact but everything we needed. Hospitality was above and beyond with help to book in for evening meal and excellent recommend for breakfast. Will definitely use again next time.

This overnight stay was top class. The property was beautifully decorated, boutique style, so clean, lovely high ceilings, lots of space, great location to all night life in Dungarvan and great value for money. Host Alex couldn't do enough for us. Can't speak highly enough of the whole experience. We highly recommend and will definitely be back again. Thank you so much.
